1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using IgniteERP's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

Important Notice

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

IgniteERP provides cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software and related services designed to help businesses manage their operations, including but not limited to:

3. User Accounts

Account Registration

To access our services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We recommend using strong passwords and enabling two-factor authentication.

5. Payment Terms

Subscription Fees

  • • Price changes with 30-day notice
Refund Policy
  • • 14-day free trial period
  • • Pro-rated refunds for cancellations
  • • No refunds for partial months
  • • Refund processing within 5-10 business days

Payment Security

All payments are processed securely through industry-standard encryption and PCI-compliant payment processors.

6. Intellectual Property

The IgniteERP platform, including all software, content, trademarks, and other intellectual property, is owned by IgniteERP and protected by applicable laws.

Your Data Rights

You retain ownership of all data you input into our system. We provide you with a limited license to use our platform to process your data.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the services will cease, and we will provide you with a reasonable opportunity to export your data.

Data Retention

After termination, we will retain your data for 30 days to allow for data export. After this period, data may be permanently deleted.

8. Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IgniteERP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which IgniteERP is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
